I showed my dad the music video for "Windowlicker" by Aphex Twin today after having watched it myself last night for the first time ever with Tim and Sam Taylor. My dad was really disturbed by it and then I guess he got angry at me for showing it to him because he immediately ordered that I shovel the snow outside.
My dad never asks me to do any chores unless I have something important to do at the exact same time that that he asks me, or he's having a bad day/is in a bad mood and needs to take it out on somebody. I couldn't shovel at all today though, because I've been really sick.
I think I'm coming down with a cold.
